Following the Lavender

Our week in Provence follows the bloom across the Valensole plateau. We stay in a restored farmhouse and cycle between hilltop villages built from honey-colored stone.

Mornings are for markets, where our guide introduces us to the cheesemakers and olive growers she has known for years. Evenings stretch out over long tables under plane trees.

Wine tastings, a truffle walk and a cooking class are all included.
